BERT H. SIDES

  Bert H. Sides, aged 59, died at his home on Large Street, at 7:45 p.m., 
Tuesday, June 3, 1941.  He was born on October 25, 1881, a son of Christian and 
Eliza Jane (Sleek) Sides.  Mr. Sides, whose occupation was that of a carpenter, 
is survived by his sister, Miss Zella Sides.
  Funeral services will be held at the Sides home, 120 Large Street, at 3 
o'clock, on Friday afternoon and will be conducted by the Rev. H. Carl 
Buterbaugh, pastor of the local First Methodist Church.  Interment will be made 
in Union Cemetery, under the direction of W. C. Price and Son, local morticians.
