  SIEGNER
  
    Ernest W. Siegner Sr., 86, of Meyersdale, died Dec. 3, 1998, at
  Conemaugh Medical Center.  Born April 22, 1912 in Meyersdale, son of
  the late John and Mary (Seiler) Siegner.  Also preceded in death by
  wife, Carrie Catherine (Reich), in 1985; and wife, Ruth (Spence), in
  1992.  Survived by son Ernest Jr., married to Noreen (O'Connor), of
  Windham, Ohio; two grandchildren, Noah and Josiah.  Also two brothers
  and three sisters:  Eugene of Euclid, Ohio; Lee of Santa Cruz, Calif.;
  Elizabeth Pfeiffer of Aberdeen, Md.; Catherine Dietle of Riverton,
  N.J.; Verna Shellenberger of Pensauken, N.J.  A veteran of World War
  II and a prisoner of war for two years in Germany.  A retired
  security guard for Republic Steel.  Also a member of the Meyersdale
  American Legion and VFW, and the Elks Lodge.  Member and past
  president of Meyersdale Rotary Club.  Friends will be received from 2
  to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., Friday at Leckemby Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday with
  Pastor John Yoder officiating.  Interment at Mt. Zion Hay's Cemetery.
