  Joy Y. Sigmund, 69, of New Port Richey, Fla., died March 3, 2003. 
  She was born in Gray, Pa. and moved to Florida from Stoystown about
  17 years ago.  Survived by husband Paul; son Michael (Patty), Central
  City; daughter Kathie (Dale) Phillippi of Somerset; Paula (Rickey)
  Shaffer, Canonsburg; brothers, Herbert [Geary], Waldorf, Md., William and John
  Geary, both of Somerset; sister, Beverly McMahon, Livonia, Mich.; 11
  grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was the former
  Justice of the Peace in Quemahoning Township, first woman pilot in
  Somerset County and member of Business and Professional Woman's Club
  in Pa.
