Siko, 64, 340 Somerset Ave., Jerome, formerly of New York City, died Feb. 18, 1997, at Windber Hospice. Born July 9, 1932, in New York. Preceded in death by parents: Michael and Stella (Dadura) Siko, and stepmother, Marie. Survived by wife, the former Alice Miller; stepdaughters: Alicia Dawn Miller, Jerome; and Kimberly, wife of Chad Anderson, Templeton, Pa.; step-grandson, Chad Anderson Jr.; also survived by several aunts and cousins. Member of Jerome Post 802, American Legion; Hollsopple Post 8861, VFW, and Uniformed Sanitation men's Assoc. Graduate of Conemaugh Township Area High School Class of 1951. Retired employee of New York City Department of Sanitation. U.S.A.F. veteran of the Korean Conflict. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Father Romulus Rasolowski O.F.M. Conv. officiating. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery, Johnstown. Graveside military service by Jerome American Legion. Memorials to the Windber Hospice would be appreciated.
