  SILBAUGH
  
  Elmer R. Silbaugh, 69, of Confluence died March 14, 2003 at the
  Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  He was born Jan. 6, 1934 in
  Pittsburgh.  A son of the late Fred F. and Mary (Murphy) Silbaugh. 
  He is survived by sisters Eleanor Ansell of Confluence; Dolores
  Kinsinger of Columbus, Ohio; and Patricia Younkin of Hagerstown,
  Md.  Also a special caregiver Karen Miller of Confluence and loving
  nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday
  at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where a service will be held
  at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Ardella Mason officiating. 
  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
