Silbaugh, 81, of Mather, died June 21, 1990, at Curry Memorial Home in Waynesburg. Born July 29, 1908, in Draketown, daughter of the late Harvey and Ida Mae (Metzler) Conn. Preceded in death by her husband, Alvin A. Silbaugh, who died Jan. 30, 1980; one son, Robert Silbaugh; two brothers, Linzy and Cameron Conn, and one sister, Mary Etta Rugg. Survived by eight sons: John Silbaugh, Valparaiso, Ind.; Forrest Silbaugh, Bedford, Ohio; David Silbaugh, Roxboro, N. C.; Alvin Silbaugh Jr., Walton Hills, Ohio; and William Silbaugh and Thomas Silbaugh, both of Mather. Three daughters: Mrs. Janet Wheeler, Marianna; Mrs. Paul (Doll) Cerar, Clarksville RD 1, and Mrs. Leonard (Faye) Olschesky, Parma, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a Protestant. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Behm Funeral Home, Jefferson (Greene County), where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday.
