  FRANCES I. SILBAUGH
  
  Frances I. Silbaugh, 91, of Confluence, died Dec. 16, 2003 in Henry
  Clay Villa, Markleysburg.  Born Sept. 12, 1912 in Henry Clay Township,
  a daughter of the late Charles O. and Nellie (Butler) Burnworth.  In
  addition to her parents, preceded in death by brothers George, Ben,
  Paul, and Carl; sisters Nelle Hansler, Nina Parker, Evelyn Ferrell,
  and foster sisters Katie Carter and Florence Show.  Survived by her
  husband Frederick; sons Ray and wife Diane of Confluence, and Charles
  and wife Sue of Sykesville, Md.; a daughter Kay Turnbull and husband
  John of Greenwood, Del.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren;
  three step grandchildren; and a sister Wilma Ream of Pleasant Gap.
  She was a life time member of Johnson Chapel United Methodist Church
  where she also taught Sunday school and belonged to the United
  Methodist women. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at
  the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where a service will be held at
  11 a.m. Saturday.  The Rev. Timothy Rogers officiating.  Interment,
  Johnson Chapel Cemetery.  Family suggests contributions to the Frances
  Silbaugh Memorial Fund in care of Johnson Chapel United Methodist
  Church.
