  SILBAUGH
  
    James O. Silbaugh, of Warrensville Heights, Ohio, died Sept. 2,
  1979, in the Brentwood Hospital, Warrensville Heights.  Born July 18,
  1936, in Confluence, a son of the late Kimmel H. and Irena F.
  (Reckner) Silbaugh.  Survived by a daughter, Tracy, and the following
  brothers and sisters:  Mrs. Helen Grymes of Orange, Va.; Mrs. Arminta
  Mitchell of Gibbon Glade; Frederick of Confluence; Donald of
  Baltimore, Md.; and Paul of Charleston, W. Va.  The body will lie in
  state at the Johnson Chapel Church from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m.
  Wednesday when funeral services will be held, the Rev. Rod Doughty
  officiating.  Interment, Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
