  Eva Simmons, 83, Baltimore, formerly of Macdonaldton, died March 28, 2005, at
  Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore. Born Oct. 7, 1921, in Macdonaldton, she is
  the daughter of Frank and Mary (Petro) Simmons. Preceded in death by her
  parents; brothers, Frank and Michael and sisters, Mary Collein, Christine and
  Helen Simmons, Ann Salonish and Catherine Beverly. She is survived by a sister,
  Stella Arscott, Baltimore and brothers, John, Gibsonia and George and Paul, both
  of Berlin. She was a graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and a retired
  secretary for the Social Security Administration in Baltimore. She was a member
  of St. Mary's Russian Orthodox Church, Central City. Family will receive
  friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday with Parastas at 7:30 p.m. at
  Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Prayers beginning at 9:15 a.m. Friday at the
  funeral home followed by a Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Russian
  Orthodox Church, Central City. The Very Rev. John Govrusik officiating.
  Interment St. Mary's Russian Orthodox Cemetery.
