  JOHN H. SIMPKINS
  
    John Howard Simpkins, 69, of Windber, was dead on arrival Oct. 27,
  1978 at a Windber Hospital.
    Born in Salisbury, Feb. 17, 1909, he was a son of the late Stewart
  and Catherine (Kaulbfeisch) Simpkins.
    Mr. Simpkins is survived by three brothers, Stewart Simpkins,
  Salisbury; Charles Edgar Simpkins, Ellerslie, Md. and George
  Simpkins, Stow, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Kaulbfleisch,
  Markleysburg and Mrs. Dorothy Petro, Lakeland, Fla.
    Graveside services were conducted in Porter Cemetery with Rev.
  Robert Hinkle officiating.
