STELLA PAUGH SIMPSON

Grantsville, Maryland

  Mrs. Stella Paugh Simpson, 45, wife of Oscar Simpson, died at her home near 
Deer Park about 5 o'clock Friday afternoon, after a lingering illness.  She had 
been a patient at the Potomac Valley Hospital at Keyser, for several months and 
had recently been removed to her home.  She was born near Deer Park, April 6, 
1896, a daughter of Robert and Rose Paugh.  Surviving besides her husband and 
her parents, are a son, Robert, at home, a daughter, Rosemary, Cumberland, and 
two sisters, Mrs. John Rowan and Mrs. Osborne Beckman, Deer Park.  She had been 
married about twenty-one years.  Two sisters-in-law, Miss Ethel Simpson and Mrs. 
Harry C. Edwards, reside at Grantsville.
