  MRS. CHRIS SINES
  
    Mrs. Ortha Sines, 83, of Friendsville, died March 17, 1974, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born in Friendsville, she was a
  daughter of the late John W. and Mary Ellen (Shroyer) Wakefield.  Her
  husband, Chris Sines, preceded her in death.
    She was a member of Friendsville United Methodist Church.
    Surviving are two sons, Ralph and Thomas Sines, Friendsville; four
  daughters, Mrs. Iva Kelly, Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Ethel Weaver,
  Hancock; Mrs. Pauline White, Friendsville and Mrs. Dolly Livengood,
  Bruceton Mills, W. Va.; also 51 grandchildren, 71
  great-grandchildren; one brother, Lloyd Wakefield, and a sister, Mrs.
  Dosha Frazee, both of Friendsville.
    Funeral service was conducted Wednesday afternoon in Friendsville
  United Methodist Church with Rev. Eugene Thayer officiating.
  Interment in Blooming Rose Cemetery.
