  SIPE
  
  James E. Sipe, 88, Somerset RD 6, died July 12 in Somerset Community
  Hospital.  He was born Nov. 27, 1882, in Jenners Township, a son of
  John and Belinda Kautz Sipe.  He was preceded in death by his wife,
  Tillie Mae Ogline Sipe, ten brothers and sisters.  He is survived by
  these children: John, Somerset 2, George, Acosta, Bessie, wife of
  Rudolph Stemmler of Strasburg, Marian, wife of Owen Shaulis,
  Stoystown 2, Mrs. Nancy Gastley, and Mrs. Mae White, of Somerset,
  Morris, Somerset 6, Mrs. Donald Hauger, Somerset RD 4, and Calvin,
  Somerset RD 3.  A brother and two sisters, Joseph Sipe, Friedens,
  Mrs. Jennie Mull, Somerset 2, and Mrs. Mary Barnhart, Lavansville. 
  Eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  He was a member
  of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Lavansville.
