Siperek, 55, Boswell RD 3, (Jenner Crossroads) died April 22, 1983, at Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born March 15, 1928, in Baltimore, Md., son of Adolph and Helen (Munski) Siperek. Preceded in death by parents; first wife, Ethel Anna Weber; sister, Eleanore McCreary. Survived by widow, Pearl (Smith) Morgan; four children: Duane Morgan, married to former Sherry McKnight, Baltimore; Sharon Siperek, at home; Vicki, wife of David E. Graham, and Gay, wife of Robert Durst, both of Boswell; two grandsons, Fred Krause Jr. and Christopher Graham. Brother of: Adolph G., Lawrence C., Robert F., Lillian Lawson, and Delores Hartner, all of Baltimore. Member of Laurel Trinity Lutheran Church, Jennerstown, L.O.O.M. Somerset Lodge 973, Jerome American Legion Post No. 802, Pennsylvania Restaurant Association, Dewitts Beautiful People, N.R.A. and Laurel Highlands Tourist Association. Navy veteran of World War II. Owned and operated Herb's Old Tavern, Jenner Crossroads since 1973. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell. Body will be removed to Laurel Trinity Church for viewing from 10 a.m. Monday until time of service at 11 a.m., the Rev. Jesse E. Wolf. Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
