At the time of his death he was 64 years and 1 day old. He was a son of the late Adam and Margaret Finzel Sipple and is survived by his wife, Luella Yutzy Sipple, two daughters, Mrs. Leora Lancaster of Frostburg, Md., Mrs. Ida Hine of Akron, three sons, John, of Akron, O., and James and Allen, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Hersh, Cumberland, Md., and Mrs. Mary Tressler, Meyersdale; four brothers, Henry, George and Ezra, Meyersdale, R.D. 4, and Rev. Simon Sipple, Allentown, Pa., and 10 grandchildren. Mr. Sipple spent his entire life in this community engaged in the coal business, having a mine on his farm, which he and his sons have operated for many years. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock in Amity Reformed Church by his pastor, Rev. B. A. Black, followed by interment in the Reformed cemetery. Undertakers R. Reich & Son had charge of the funeral arrangements. Meyersdale Republican, March 17, 1932
