    Joyce Virginia Sisler, 48, of Friendsville, MD, died Friday, March
  19, 1993 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore.
    Born March 22, 1944 in White Rock, MD, she was the daughter of
  Bernice (Uphold) Fisher, Friendsville, and the late Roy Fisher.
    She was a homemaker and attended Laurel Run Church of God.
    Surviving are her mother; husband, Hills; three sons; three
  daughters; one brother; three sisters; seven grandchildren and three
  step-grandchildren.
    Interment, Blooming Rose Cemetery.
