  SIVITS
  
  Edward P. Sivits, 81, of Amber Lane, Somerset, formerly of Stonycreek
  Township, died Aug. 9, 2003 at Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born May
  19, 1922 in Stonycreek Township, son of James and Zella (Zeigler)
  Sivits.  Preceded in death by parents, sisters Mary Ross, Ruth
  Watkins, Alberta Harr and Anna Sivits, and brothers, James and Harold
  Sivits.  Survived by his wife of 51 years, the former Doris Lowery;
  daughters, Deanna, married to Michael Brivchik and Connie, married to
  Ronald Weirich, both of Lancaster, Barb Sivits and Lou Ann Leman, both
  of Somerset, and Angie Maust and fiancee David Thomas of Rockwood;
  grandchildren, Peyton Thomas, Bryan Maust, Ryan Weirich, Dorissa and
  Michael Allie Brivchik, and great-grandchildren, Tristan, Emma and
  Lauren Weirich.  Sister of Dorothy Cleland of Chicago.  World War II
  Army veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart.  Retired brick mason
  and member of Bricklayers Union Local 4.  No visitation or viewing. 
  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be
  given to the American Lung Association, 6041 Linglestown Rd.,
  Harrisburg, Pa. 17112-1208.  Arrangements by Deaner Funeral Home,
  Stoystown.
