  SIVITS, Marian Viola 04/13/08 Daily American
  
   Marian Viola Sivits, 87, formerly of Somerset, died April 11, 2008, at the Church of
  the Brethren Home, Windber. Born June 27, 1920, in Friedens, a daughter of Harry and Sue
  (Stutzman) Yoder. Preceded in death by parents; her husband, Harold; sisters, Betty Korns
  and Rachael Ditzler; grandsons, Gregory and William Sivits; niece, Rebekah Silvis; and
  nephew, Brian Shaffer. Survived by her children, Fred Sivits, Quecreek; and Sandra
  Miller, married to Michael, Windber; grandchildren, Kim, Karen, Douglas and Kelly; six
  great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Gene, Jack and Don
  Yoder, and Peg Stanczyk. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family will
  receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Dan Jones officiating. Interment,
  Lambertsville Cemetery.
