  SKERIA
  
  Charles Skeria, 68, Friedens RD 2, died May 6, 1982, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born March 9, 1914, in Jenner Township, he was a
  son of Charles and Anna (Kovach) Skeria.  He is survived by his wife,
  the former Violet M. Leider.  Preceded in death by both father and
  mother and two sisters.  Survived by these children: Jerry, Friedens
  RD 1; Mrs. Elwood (Betty) Brown, Harrington, Del.; three
  grandchildren; these brothers and sisters, Mrs. Nancy Papetti and
  John, both of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; George, Mrs. Marian Callaghen, Mrs.
  Sophia Kubica, and Mrs. Paula Knox, all of New York.  Member of UMWA
  and the Jenner Rod and Gun Club.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Friday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home.  Funeral service
  at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Thomas
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
