He was born Feb. 5, 1974, in Indiana, Pa. In addition to his loving parents, James is survived by his fiancee, Patricia Barrett, Kelso, Wash.; his grandmother, Thelma Rugh, Confluence; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. James was a graduate of Richland High School class of 1992. He had been living in Washington since 1997. James enjoyed hunting, fishing, swimming and computers. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711, Melcroft, where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. John B.
