  James Bryan Skinner, 31, Kelso, Wash., formerly of Johnstown, the most beloved
  son of John D. and Barbara Burkett Skinner, Johnstown, died March 6, 2005, in
  Kelso, Wash. He was born Feb. 5, 1974, in Indiana, Pa. In addition to his
  loving parents, James is survived by his fiancee, Patricia Barrett, Kelso,
  Wash.; his grandmother, Thelma Rugh, Confluence; and numerous aunts, uncles and
  cousins. James was a graduate of Richland High School class of 1992. He had been
  living in Washington since 1997. James enjoyed hunting, fishing, swimming and
  computers. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday in the
  Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711, Melcroft, where a funeral service
  will be held 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. John B. Davis officiating. A committal
  service and interment will follow in the Indian Creek Baptist Cemetery, Mill
