Skinner, 91, Confluence, died Dec. 27, 2001, in Uniontown Hospital. Born Nov. 20, 1910, in Plymouth, Iowa, a son of the late Sylvester and Mary Edna (Ruby) Skinner. In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Janetta (Morrison) Skinner, five brothers and three sisters. Survived by a daughter, Shirley Betker, Confluence, and a son, Roy Skinner, of Marietta, Ohio; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Margaret McCarty, Markleysburg, Ada Beggs, Midland, Texas, Janet Metheney of Salem, Ohio, and Bonnie Wilt, of Grantsville, Md. Member of Sugar Loaf Church. Friends received from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Terry Collins officiating.
