   Helen J. Skladanowski, 85, Jerome, died June 5, 2008, at Memorial Medical Center. Born
  Sept. 24, 1922, in Jerome, daughter of Thomas and Mary (Nowak) Skladanowski. Preceded in
  death by parents; sister, Anna; and brother, Stanley. Survived by brothers, Joseph, VA
  Home, Hollidaysburg; and Walter, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews, including
  special niece, Mary Ellen Campbell, and husband, Jerry, Arlington, Texas, and their
  family. Member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Davidsville; "Unite Here," formerly the
  ILGWU; Hollsopple Senior Citizens; the Retirees Club; and the auxiliary to the Jerome
  Volunteer Fire Department. A retired employee of the Dorfman and Hoffman Garment
  factories. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
  Memorials may be given to the Jerome Volunteer Fire Department. Arrangements in charge of
  Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Davidsville.

   Helen J. Skladanowski, 85, Jerome, died June 5, 2008. A funeral Mass will be held 9
  a.m. Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Church, Davidsville. Inurnment at Holy Cross Cemetery,
  Jerome. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Davidsville.
