  SLICKERMAN
  
    Arbutus M. "Boots" Slickerman, 62, of Stoystown, died Nov. 7, 2000
  at Somerset Hospital.  Born April 13, 1938 in Somerset.  She was the
  daughter of Eldred Peter and Betty Ruth (Swank) Kelly.  Preceded in
  death by parents.  Survived by husband Donald Ray Slickerman, to whom
  she was married for 44 years; children Mrs. John L. (Pamela L.)
  Morrocco of Somerset; Donald W. Slickerman of Vineland, N.J.; Garth
  R. Slickerman married to the former Bonnie Friedline of Stoystown;
  Mrs. Brian L. (Kelly S.) Awtey of Jenners; 10 grandchildren and one
  great-grandson.  Sister of Peter C. Kelly of Somerset; Mrs. Audrey
  Walker of Somerset; Mrs. Edward (Betty Jane) Boyer of Somerset; Mrs.
  Peter (Connie) Lepley of Somerset; Robert J. Kelly of Williamsport. 
  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Somerset, a
  1956 graduate of Somerset High School.  Dietary aide for the former
  Somerset State Hospital retiring in 1995 with 15 years of service. 
  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.  Services will be
  conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church,
  Somerset, with Rev. Patricia M. Nelson officiating.  Viewing at the
  church 9 a.m. until the time of service.  Interment, Weller
  Cemetery.  Contributions can be made to the Somerset County Blind
  Center, 748 South Center Ave., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
