  Esther E. Small, 84, of Central City, died Dec. 19, 1994, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born June 5, 1910, in Hooversville, daughter of Levi and
  Susanna (Erb) Weible.  Preceded in death by parents; husbands,
  Abraham R. Small, who died in 1955, and Arthur Earl Small, who died
  in 1986, and sisters, Anna Gordon and Viola Weible.  Survived by
  these children: R. Lee Small, married to the former Ellamae Huston,
  Mogadore, Ohio, and Glenn P. Small, married to the former Carol
  Ratcliffe, Charlotte, N.C.; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren,
  and a great-great-grandson.  Sister of Sadie McClintock of
  Hollsopple, Etta Wissinger of Alum Bank, George A. Weible of Odenton,
  Md., and Elva Brant of Chevy Chase, Md.  She was a member of the
  Central City Christian Church and Senior Citizens.  Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown.  Viewing at Central City Christian Church
  from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Thursday, Evangelist Eric
  D. Smith officiating.  Interment, St. Thomas Cemetery.
