  SMEARMAN
  
  Dorothy I. Smearman, 63, Confluence RD 1, died July 10, 1989,
  Somerset Hospital.  She was born Feb. 2, 1926, in Black Township, a
  daughter of the late Harry and Carrie (Sanner) Weimer.  She is
  survived by a son, Mark, LaVale, Md.; and a brother, Bernard Nolte,
  Garrett RD 1.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Marion Ray. 
  Friends will be received in the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, on
  Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  On Wednesday she will be taken to the
  Center Church to lie in state from 1-2 p.m., time of service, with
  Pastor Kevin Kline officiating.  Interment, Church Cemetery.
