  SMEARMAN
  
  Floyd Dale Smearman, 73, of Meyersdale, died June 16, 2003, at his
  home.  Born May 27, 1930, in Berlin the son of the late Harry
  Smearman and Gertrude (Bowman) Smearman Meese.  Also preceded in
  death by brothers, Paul and Harry and stepfather Glenn Meese. 
  Survived by his wife Florence Pearl (Kinsinger) Smearman; two sons,
  Ricky Dale of Berlin and Larry Paul of Pittsburgh and two
  grandchildren.  Brother of Betty Patsy and  his twin brother Lloyd D.
  both of Meyersdale and Homer R. of Struthers, Ohio.  He was a retired
  employee of Meyersdale Mfg. Co. with 30 years of service.  A member
  of the Berlin Brethren Church.  A veteran of the Korea conflict,
  member of Charles E. Kelly Post 112 A.L.  Friends will be received 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Leckemby Funeral Home where the
  funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday with Rev. Randy Haulk,
  officiating.  Interment Union Cemetery.  Military service at the
  cemetery.
