  SMEARMAN
  
  Hilda Mae Smearman, 79, of Meyersdale, died Feb. 3, 1998, at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born April 30, 1918, in St. Paul, a
  daughter of the late John and Minerva (Spangler) Wisler.  Survived by
  her husband, Harry C., and two children, Ronald Smearman of Goshen,
  N.J., and Patricia Owens of Stoystown; six grandchildren and five
  great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by two brothers and two
  sisters: George Wisler of Berlin; Ray Wisler and Mary Zimmerman, both
  of Salisbury, and Velma Zimmerman of Meyersdale.  Member of Meyersdale
  Grace Brethren Church.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Leckemby Funeral
  Home, Meyersdale, where services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, with
  Pastor Walter Fike officiating.  Interment, St. Paul Cemetery.
