  SMITH
  
  Alice H. Smith, 88, of Mechanicsburg, formerly of Friedens, died July
  2, 1980, in Seidel Hospital, Mechanicsburg.  Born March 13, 1892, in
  Munson, Pa., daughter of the late William D. and Eliza (Parkin)
  Hutchinson.  Also preceded in death by husband, Sherman B.; six
  brothers; and four sisters.  Survived by daughter, Evelyn, wife of
  William Jenkins, Carlisle; a granddaughter, Mrs. Jerri Jones,
  Carlisle; and two great-grandsons.  Member Trinity Lutheran Church,
  Somerset.  Friends are being received at the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday
  with the Rev. H. James Meyers officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  County Memorial Park.
