Smith of Leola, Pa., formerly of Somerset County, died April 1, 1979, in the Lancaster General Hospital. Born in New York, the son of the late Daniel and Susan Smith. Survived by widow, the former Myrtle Stull, and these children: Mrs. Virginia Smith of Hobart, N.Y., and Harold of Horner, N.Y.; two step-sons, James Lohr of Lancaster, Pa., and Robert Lohr of Detroit, Mich.; also five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and a brother, Clifford Smith of Maryland, N.Y. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Johnstown, and a painter for the Ross Engineering Company of Leola, Pa. Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the A.R. Furman Funeral Home at 59 W. Main Street, Leola, Pa. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Somerset County Memorial Park, Somerset, with the Rev. H.
