  GEORGE M. SMITH
  
    George M. Smith, 66, of Omaha, Nebr., formerly of Berlin, died Jan.
  24, 1973, in Omaha after a long illness.  He was born March 16, 1906,
  the son of Bertha (Blough) Smith of 1130 East Main St., Berlin, and
  the late Guy H. Smith.
    Also surviving are his widow, Helen Smith, of Omaha; two sons,
  Capt. Stanley Smith, U.S. Air Force, Germany; and Kenneth L. Smith,
  Houston, Texas; also six grandchildren; a brother, Walter of
  Wallkill, N.Y.; and a sister, Mary Ellen Smith, Berlin.
    Funeral service was held Jan. 29, in Omaha.  Burial in the
  Pappillon Cemetery, Pappillon, Nebr.
