  SMITH
  
  Gregory J. Smith, 37, of Somerset RD 4, died April 19, 1987, at his
  home.  He was born Jan. 26, 1950, in Mt. Pleasant, son of the late
  Clarence O. Smith.  He is survived by his mother, Helen (Leiko) Smith
  Martin and Harry Martin, stepfather, of Mt. Pleasant; wife, Susan
  (Rembold) Smith, Somerset RD 4; three children: Matthew S., Amy N.,
  Rebecca R., all at home; brothers: Clarence O. Jr., Norvelt; Robert
  M., Birmingham, Ala.; Raymond, Youngwood, Pa; Kenneth, Herminie; and
  Richard, Pittsburgh; sisters: Jean Kovalik, Norvelt; Rosemary Siska
  Anderson, Connellsville; Helen Bell, Kecksburg; Miss Rita Smith, Mt.
  Pleasant; Miss Frances Smith, Greensburg.  Preceded in death by his
  father Clarence O. Smith in 1967.  His death terminated a marriage
  union of 11 years.  He graduated from Mt. Pleasant in 1967, and in
  1971 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  He was in public
  relations at the Pikes Run Country Club.  Memorial visitation will be
  in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, Monday from 7 to 9
  p.m.  Memorial services will be conducted in the St. Luke's Lutheran
  Church of Rockwood at 2 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor James Roth
  officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of William J. Wood
  Funeral Home, Rockwood, with Francis Brady supervising.  In lieu of
  flowers, please make contributions to the Western Pennsylvania
  Conservancy, 308 Fourth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA. 15219.
