HANNAH M. SMITH

  Hannah M. Smith, wife of W. A. Smith, 313 Lincoln Avenue, Meyersdale, died at 
the home of her daughter, Mrs. Glenn Christner, Akron, Ohio, following an 
illness of several years duration, on Wednesday, Aug. 6.
  The body was removed to her home where friends were received, and where 
services were conducted on Sunday, Aug. 10, by Rev. H. C. Buterbaugh, assisted 
by Rev. Floyd Gotjen.  Interment was made in Union Cemetery, under the direction 
of W. C. Price and Son.
  Mrs. Smith was a daughter of the late Philip and Henrietta Kroushour, is 
survived by her husband, two sons, William H. and Clarence C. Smith; three 
daughters, Mrs. Maude Kines, Mrs. Stella Lintz and Mrs. Glenn Christner; two 
brothers, Edward and William Kroushour; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Deist and Mrs. 
Mary Bittner; 23 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
