  Mrs. Lottie Jane Smith, 94, South Ankeny Avenue, Somerset, died May
  13, 1984, at Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born Aug. 28, 1889, in
  Berlin, daughter of late Jacob W. and Elizabeth (Bearle) Ross. 
  Preceded in death by infant sister, Mary, and sisters, Daryl Fisher
  and Irene Rodgers.  Survived by husband, George J.; two daughters:
  Mrs. Romaine (Emily) Johnson, Ligonier; and Evelyn Smith, Somerset;
  three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five
  great-great-grandchildren.  Half sister of Oletta Ross, Berlin. 
  Member of Lutheran Church.  Death terminates marriage union of 75
  years.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home,
  where service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. H.
  J. Meyers officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
