  SMITH
  
  Mabel J. Smith, 67, of Conroe, Texas, formerly of Listonburg, died
  May 5, 1978 in Conroe.  Born Sept. 30, 1910 in Whitsett, Pa., a
  daughter of Walter and Elizabeth (Schurg) Logsdon.  Survived by three
  sisters: Mrs. Ruth Hostetler of Confluence; Mrs. Francis Whaley of
  Genada Hill, Cal.; and Mrs. Alberta M. Cramer of Conroe, Texas. 
  Preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Smith.  Friends will be
  received after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in
  Confluence where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
  with the Rev. McCurtis Allison officiating.  Interment, St. Paul's
  Cemetery.
