Smith, Mary Ann

  Wife of Harry B. Smith died at her home on Beachley Street, on Saturday 
morning of pneumonia. Mrs. Smith, who was a daughter of Oliver Evans of 
McKeesport, was aged 23 years, 5 mos. and 12 days. She had been ill for only one 
week. Besides her husband two small children survive, Fannie aged 2 1-2 years 
and Geo. O. 16 months old. The children will be taken into the home of the 
mother's father who is in well-to-do circumstances. Mrs. Smith was a faithful 
member of the Presbyterian Church of McKeesport, to which the remains were sent 
on Sunday morning, where funeral services were held on Monday. Interment was 
made in Versailles. The local undertaker was W. C. Price. The husband of the 
deceased is in the employ of the Meyersdale Auto Co., and he and his family came 
here from Pittsburg over a year ago.
