  SMITH
  
  Mrs. Maude E. Smith, 88, of Meyersdale, died July 17, 1986, at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  She was born March 21, 1898, in
  Meyersdale, a daughter of the late John and Mary Alice (Schiel)
  Mimna.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 1947. 
  She is survived by four children: Robert M. of Meyersdale RD 4; C.J.
  of Salisbury; Lawrence R. of Springfield, Va.; Mary E., wife of
  Edward Kefer, of Castle Shannon, Pa.; five grandchildren and seven
  great-grandchildren.  She was a sister of Clarence Mimna of
  Baltimore, Md.; Mrs. Pearl Hartle, and Mrs. Gladys Fuller, both of
  Meyersdale; Mrs. Edna Deist of Waynesburg, Ohio; Mrs. Ann Tidenberg
  of Canton, Ohio; Mrs. Margaret Flowers of Thomasville, Pa.; and Mrs.
  Alice Havmack of Bloomburg, Texas.  She was a member of the Zion
  Lutheran Church, Meyersdale.  Friends will be received Friday from
  7-9 p.m. at the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services
  will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. David Fetter
  officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.  The family suggests
  expressions of sympathy be made to memorial fund of the Zion Lutheran
  Church.
