  SMITH
  
    Phyllis Ilene Smith, 69, of Meyersdale, died Aug. 26, 1999, at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born June 29, 1930, in Ralphton.  A
  daughter of the late Pat and Maude (Stone) Kelly.  Also preceded in
  death by two brothers; Michael and John; a sister, Ruth Brown, and a
  son, Rodney J. Smith.  Survived by her husband, James Albert Smith; a
  son Terry L. Smith, married to the former Jane Bolden, Meyersdale, and
  a sister, Florence Schultz, Meyersdale.  Also three grandchildren:
  Jeremy Smith, Brandi Smith, and Amy Lantz, and three
  great-grandchildren: Zachary Lantz, Katie Lantz and Logan Smith.  A
  member of the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, Fairhope.  Prior to
  retirement, she operated Smith's Store in Sand Patch (Rt. 160), and
  she was tax collector for Larimer Township.  Friends will be received
  from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, with Pastor Craig
  L. Lyman officiating.  Interment, Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Fairhope.
