  SMITH
  
    Randy Scott Smith, 3, of Dover, N.J., formerly of Somerset, died
  Sept. 18, 1974 in Somerset Community Hospital.  Born June 29, 1971 in
  Somerset, a son of Dennis and Kathy (Koontz) Smith.  Survived by a
  brother, Mark; his maternal grandparents, Donald and June Koontz of
  Somerset RD 5; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas G. Smith of
  Somerset RD 5; paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Margaret E. Smith of
  Hollsopple RD 1; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Cloyd Mostoller of
  Somerset RD 5.  He attended Faith Lutheran Church.  Friends received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday (today) in the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home where services will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday with
  the Rev. Gary Bilbie officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.
