  SMITH
  
    Robert M. Smith, 66, Meyersdale RD 1, died on arrival at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital Aug. 6, 1987.  Born Jan. 22, 1921, in Meyersdale,
  son of the late John Robert and Maude (Mimna) Smith.  Survived by his
  widow, Nellie Josephine (Reich) Smith; two daughters: Lois Jean, wife
  of David Robertson, Meyersdale; and JoAnn, wife of Gary Estnick,
  Berlin; and five grandchildren.  Brother of: Clarence Jack Smith,
  Salisbury; Lawrence Smith, Springfield, Va.; and Mrs. Mary Keefer,
  Castle Shannon.  Member of Zion Lutheran Church.  Army veteran World
  War II; past commander and member of the Meyersdale American Legion;
  former quartermaster and member of Meyersdale V.F.W.  Retired
  employee of the Kelly-Springfield Tire Company.  Friends are being
  received in the Leckemby Funeral Home, where services will be held
  Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Lloyd Wilson officiating.  Interment,
  Hay Cemetery.  Family suggests expression of sympathy may be made to
  the American Cancer Society or to the Parkinson's disease fund.
