  SMITH
  
    Thomas Jeffrey Smith, 19, of Somerset RD 5, Chauncey's Woods, died
  Sept. 15, 1974 in Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born June 26,
  1955 in Johnstown, a son of Thomas G. and Betty L. (Sheets) Smith of
  Somerset RD 5.  He is also survived by a brother and two sisters:
  Dennis J. of Dover, N.J.; Mrs. Roger (Cynthia) A. Friedline of
  Somerset; and Mrs. Clark (Claudia) L. Ream of Somerset RD 3.  Member
  of St. Peter's Catholic Church.  A graduate of Somerset Area Senior
  High School, Class of 1974.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m.
  Tuesday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home.  Requiem mass will be
  sung at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, with the
  Rev. Father Samuel Tomaselli officiating. Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.  Rosary services at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral
  home.
