  WILLIAM F. SMITH
  
    William F. Smith, 91, Salisbury RD 1, died Dec. 16, 1979 at home.
    Born Sept. 15, 1888 in Bedford County, he was a son of the late
  William Smith and Margaret Smith.
    He was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Church.
    Surviving are his widow, Emma (Baer) Smith; four sons: Earl Smith,
  Jess Smith and Carl Smith, all of Akron, Ohio; Robert Smith,
  Brimfield, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Carter, Miss Mildred
  Smith, Mrs. Marie Musgrave, all of Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Irene Guzman,
  Canal Fulton, Ohio; one brother, Wesley Smith of Florida; one
  stepson, Paul, Lancaster, Cleveland, Ohio; 28 grandchildren; 43 great
  grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home.
    Services were conducted in the funeral home.  Interment will be in
  Greenville Cemetery.
