  SMITH
  
    William H. Smith Jr., 71, Glencoe RD 1, died Sept. 22, 1995 at
  Meyersdale Manor.  Born June 19, 1924 in Cumberland, Md., son of the
  late William H. Sr. and Virginia Mae (Huff) Smith.  Also preceded in
  death by sister, Grace Ferne Swindell.  Survived by widow, Rose Marie
  (Millhouse) Smith, and these children: Dennis William, Michael
  Harrison, Frederick Charles and Lorraine Elizabeth Duckworth, all of
  Glencoe RD 1; Edward Eugene of Fairhope; and Melissa Ann Arnold of
  Pittsburgh; 5 grandchildren and 2 sisters: Dorothy Welsh and Delores
  Short, both of Cumberland, Md.  Retired trackman for the Chessie
  System.  Veteran of U.S. Army.  Member of Meyersdale Church of God. 
  Friends received at Leckemby Funeral Home, where service will be at
  1:30 p.m. Monday with Pastor Archie Smith officiating.  Interment,
  Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
