  SMITH
  
    William Robert Smith, 45, of Somerset died May 15, 1997 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born June 29, 1951 in Meyersdale.  A son of the late Jessie
  Lewis Sr. and Rosemary (Spangler) Smith of Meyersdale.  Also survived
  by his widow, Kathy (Sutton) and these children: Christy Lyn,
  Somerset and Russell William, at home.  Also these brothers and
  sisters:  Robert Lewis Sr., Somerset; Jessie Jr. and wife, Gloria
  Ohler; and Susan, wife of Joseph Beal, both of Meyersdale.; Patricia,
  wife of Barry Wilt, Grantsville, Md.; two half brothers, Jess of
  Jennerstown and Charles of Gettysburg; 38 nephews and nieces as well
  as a number of relatives and friends; aunt, Doris Crissy, Somerset;
  and cousins, Sally Crissy, wife of Wilbert Phillippi of Friedens, and
  Harry Patton Jr. and wife Rita of Somerset.  Employee of Eat 'n Park
  Restaurant for 11 years.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Friday at the Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service
  will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Ralph Tinkey. 
  Interment, Union Cemetery.  Family suggests contributions be made to
  the family instead of flowers.
