She was the widow of M. K. Smoker, who died 24 years ago. Her age was 64 years. Mrs. Smoker was a life long member of the Mennonite Church and was born and lived in Garrett County, Md., near Grantsville. Interment was in the cemetery at Scottdale. She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Irvin Brunk, Scottdale, and Miss Mauma Smoker, at home; one son, George Smoker, a missionary in South Africa; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Ringer, Grantsville; Mrs. Maggie Warnick, Greenwood, Del., and Miss Amanda Wisseman, who lived with her in Scottdale, and two brothers, C. C. Wisseman and W. C. Wisseman, Grantsville. Among those attending the funeral were C. C. Wisseman, S. Nevin Miller, Mrs. Foster Speiker, Oakland; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jones and Leona Miller.
