  MRS. JOHN SMOKER
  
    Mrs. Lucy B. Smoker, 83, a resident of the Goodwill Mennonite Home,
  Grantsville, died December 31, 1976.
    Born in Grantsville, she was a daughter of the late Daniel S. and
  Amanda (Miller) Beachy.  Her husband, John Smoker, preceded her in
  death.
    She was a member of the Maple Glen Conservative Mennonite Church.
    Surviving are four brothers, Joel Beachy, Grantsville, Md.; Eli
  Beachy, Oakland, Md.; Alvin Beachy, Greenwood, Delaware; and Simon
  Beachy, Salisbury; and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Miller, Sarasota,
  Fla.; and Mrs. Elizabeth Nafziger, Intercourse, Pa.
    Funeral Services were held Tuesday, January 4, in Maple Glen Church
  with Rev. Ivan J. Miller and Rev. Reuben Stoltzfus officiating.
  Interment at the church cemetery in charge of Newman Funeral Home.
