  Harry H. (Tanky) Snider Jr., 58, Somerset, died June 16, 1984, at the
  Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Aug. 4, 1925, in Grindestone, Pa.,
  son of the late Harry H. and Marie (Pestag) Snider.  Survived by his
  wife, the former Virginia Mae Mimna; also survived by these children:
  Mrs. Robert (Linda) Moore, and Barry, both of Somerset; grandchildren:
  Michael and Danny Moore, and Marsa Snider.  Brother of: William, of
  Smithers, W.Va.; Mrs. Thelma Baker, Mrs. Richard (Luella) DeWitt,
  Hattie Herring, Waunita Sherwin and Mrs. Bodes (Lois) Shaulis, all of
  Somerset; Francis, Orlando, Fla.; Mrs. Kenneth (Alice) Leininger,
  Harrisburg; and David, Des Plaines, Ill.  Member of the American
  Legion and the V.F.W.  Veteran of World War II and an employee of
  Herring Motors.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Monday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be
  held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. William Mulford officiating. 
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
