He was born Nov. 3, 1920, in Garrett, Somerset County, son of Joseph and Clara (Ringer) Snoby. He was preceded in death by father, and wife, former Mary Parks. He is survived by mother, and sons, Richard, married to former Paulette Neckerauer, Huntington, N.Y., and Todd, Indiana; also grandsons, Richard Matthew and Andrew Christian. He was the brother of Robert Armagh; William, California; and James, Paul, Marian Adams, Virginia Vargo and Ethel Burnett, all of Johnstown. Employed as representative of Armagh office, Nationwide Insurance Agency. Charter member of United Area Lions Club. Member of New Castle Consistory, and Cambria Lodge 278, F. & A.M. Friends were received at the Kenneth N. Gary Funeral Home, Seward, where services were held by the Rev. Harry Hull. Interment, Armagh Cemetery.
