Snoeberger, 69, 414 Center St., Boswell, died March 16, 1990 at St. Margaret Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Jan. 11, 1921, in Randolph. Son of Edgar and Sadie (Miller) Snoeberger. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Thomas, Edgar and James. Survived by his wife, the former Helen Shawley and these children, Claude, married to the former Kathy Ickes, Boswell; and Vickie, wife of Bob Edmonson, Hooversville; grandchildren, Chad and Cory Snoeberger and Tanya Edmonson. Also sister-in-law, Eva Snoeberger, widow of Thomas, Jenners. Member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Boswell; Jenner Rod and Gun Club; Boswell VFD; and VFW, Hooversville; Army veteran of World War II, having served in the Pacific Theater. Former miner and retired from A.J. Spory Construction. Friends received 7-9 p.m., Saturday, from noon to 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny St., Boswell. Service at 1 p.m., Monday at Covenant Presbyterian Church, where viewing will also be held from noon until time of service. Pastors Michael Dunlap and C.J. Ickes.
