   Ada Snyder, 97, Laurel View Village, Davidsville, formerly of Somerset, died March 27,
  2007, at Laurel View Village. Born Jan. 9, 1910, in Somerset Township, the daughter of
  Aden Earl and Minnie May (Bowman) Miller. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Charles
  Simon Snyder Jr.; sister, Olive Elizabeth Miller; brothers, Lawrence Miller and Grant
  Bowman Miller. Survived by children, Fern L., wife of Samuel D. Clapper, Somerset;
  grandchildren, Michael H. Clapper and wife, Lauri, Waxhaw, N.C.; Mark A. Clapper and
  wife, Michelle, Elizabethtown; and Lisa D. McGuire and hus-band, Scott, Friedens;
  great-grandchildren, Rachel, Miriam and Benjamin Clapper; and Morgan and Simon McGuire.
  Also sur-vived by sisters-in-law, Margaret Miller, Somerset; and Sarah Hastings, Donegal.
  Member of Christ Casebeer Evangelical Lutheran Church. A 1928 graduate of Somerset High
  School. Friends received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral
  Home, Somerset, and from 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ
  Casebeer Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. Dennis L. Doebler officiating. Interment
