  SNYDER
  
    Ann (Tipton) Snyder, 71, Somerset, died March 10, 1998, at the home
  of her daughter, Susan (Snyder) Thompson, St. Louis, Missouri.  Born
  Sept. 14, 1926, in Wallace, W.Va., daughter of the late Howard and
  Mona Roby Tipton King.  Also preceded in death by her husband, Joe,
  in 1981; a son, Erie, and brothers: Jack and Benny Tipton.  Survived
  by the following children: Jeffrey Snyder, Annandale, Va.; Steven
  Snyder, married to the former Chris Huston, Grantville, Pa., and Mrs.
  Dale (Susan) (Snyder) Thompson, St. Louis, Missouri, and
  grandchildren: Chantel Snyder and Devin Thompson.  Sister of Howard
  Tipton, Somerset.  Member of the First Christian Church, Somerset. 
  Retired from the Southern Alleghenies Legal Aid.  Friends will be
  received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Wilbur D.
  Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where funeral service will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Dan Nicksich
  officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
